Boris Johnson was sent to Ukraine to tell Zelensky not to sign the peace agreement. The US overthrew a democratically elected President in Ukraine in 2014. Look up the Maidan coup. The CIA was heavily involved. The installed Western backed government started attacking Russians living in the Donbas region. This war didn't have to happen. The blame lies squarely with the US and NATO.
Who sent Boris Johnson? Donald Trump? I think this is an argument that gets made often in different ways by commentators on both the left and right wings, but the weakness of it really is ignoring Ukrainian nationalism. The Ukrainians don't want to be part of Vladimir Putin's Russia because it's a repressive regime.
Joe Biden. It absolutely is not. Check out Mark Sleboda here on Substack. He's an ex US navy, ex pat who lives in Russia now. He has family in Crimea and Odessa. Russia's wages are increasing and its economy is growing. Mark is very happy living there. The Russian citizens who've been displaced since Ukraine invaded the Kursk region are getting $65,000 to cover a year's lost wages. No arguing in the government, a problem was presented, a solution was offered, Putin signed off on it. Now, when do we get universal healthcare here? Or better wages? We have an oppositional government and exactly nothing good gets done for us.
So people who oppose Putin just accidentally get shot in side alleys, fall out of 4 story windows, get imprisoned for 15 yr sentences, poisoned by Novockac in their underwear? That’s all just coincidental?? I don’t think so.
Seems funny to that 100% of people arrested & charged with ANY crime against the govt, even something very very minor, are found guilty & sentenced to 10-15 yrs in prison. I don’t believe Putin has any benevolent intent toward his citizens.
The Blithering Blob thinks that IT can destroy 200 + plus years of democracy with its Satanic Sharpie.
The US, UK, and Ukraine started the war with Russia.
How so?
